About the event

Spending prolonged hours at a desk can take a toll on your body, but it doesn't have to.

This uncomplicated yoga workshop is designed to instruct you on easy poses and exercises that can be performed right at your office/home desks.

I will guide you in alleviating stress and tension, boosting energy levels, and enhancing overall well-being.

Suitable for everyone, including those new to yoga.

You will also be educated on the following:

  • Deep and effective breathing techniques
  • Preventing and alleviating symptoms of common workplace health issues (such as carpal tunnel syndrome, eye strain, and lower backache)
  • Maintaining proper posture at your workstations to prevent common misalignment problems.

This is 60-minute workshop.
